At CMIS, we continually evolve to meet the diverse academic and developmental needs of our learners. Our latest initiatives focus on creating a strong foundation at the beginning of each academic year through personalised support, thoughtful transitions, and insightful assessments.

Transition Period

To ease students into the new academic year, CMIS introduces a Transition Period – a dedicated time where learners revisit and reinforce key concepts from the previous grade. This approach helps solidify foundational knowledge and acts as a bridge, allowing students to smoothly adjust to the expectations and curriculum of their new grade.

Remedial Classes

At CMIS, we believe that every child is unique and possesses distinct strengths and skills. To support students who may need additional guidance in certain core subjects, we offer dedicated remedial classes. These additional learning hours are thoughtfully designed to provide personalised attention and academic reinforcement, helping students to bridge learning gaps and cope effectively with the curriculum.

Baseline Assessments

Each academic year at CMIS begins with Baseline Assessments designed to evaluate students’ cognitive abilities and multiple intelligences. These assessments go beyond traditional textbook methods. They use real-life scenarios and situation-based questions to foster critical thinking and problem-solving. The insights gained help our facilitators understand each child’s learning profile and tailor instruction to better support individual growth.
