International Yoga day 2025

Objective of the Event:

To help students understand the importance and significance of yoga in daily life and to celebrate International Yoga Day through active participation and guided practice.

Event Highlights:

• Students assembled at the school cafeteria for the introductory session.
• A welcome note was delivered by a senior staff member.
• The Chief Guest introduced the session with insights on the health benefits of yoga.
• Students performed a series of yoga postures under the guidance of the chief guest and PE teachers.
• A mindfulness session and relaxation techniques were also demonstrated.
• The event concluded with a group meditation and vote of thanks.
