Our Admission Process

We welcome new students year-round, ensuring flexibility and accessibility to our academic programs.
Step 1
Start your application process online by clicking the Apply Now button on our website or visiting our school directly.
Step 2
Visit our campus for the school tour and experience the academic culture of CMIS.
Step 3
Once you have submitted the registration form and required documents, the next step is to attend an assessment to finalise the selection process.
Step 4
Once the student is selected, you can confirm the admission by submitting the application form and paying the fee.

  1. Recent passport size photographs (5 Nos.)
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Original Transfer Certificate
  4. Aadhar Copy of the Student
  5. Academic records for the past 2 years (For Balvatika 3 and above)
  6. Aadhar copy of the Parents/Guardian
  7. Passport Copy of Student with Visa (For NRI)
  8. Passport Copy of Parents/Guardian (If student is NRI)
  9. Current Address Proof
  10. Photos of Parents/Guardian (2 Nos. each)

Evaluation Process
ACCEPTANCE
payment of fee
  1. A prescheduled entrance test will be conducted, followed by an interactive session with the head of the school.
  2. On the day of the entrance test, students should arrive half an hour before the scheduled time.
  3. Students are encouraged to carefully review the instructions provided in the question paper before commencing the assessment.
  4. Both parents and the child are requested to be present for the interaction with the Head of the School.
  5. Please ensure all required documents are carried for submission, if not done already.
  6. Parents are kindly requested to uphold the decorum of the school premises.
Representation of the admission evaluation process.
  1. Parents will receive email notifications upon their child being shortlisted.
  2. Upon confirmation, secure your child’s admission by submitting the signed admission form to the school.
  3. Should parents choose not to proceed with the admission, the seat will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.

  1. The final step involves onboarding your child and joining our community of learners, thinkers, and doers, which will be facilitated by our dedicated team.
  2. Parents will receive email notifications regarding the status of their application. Upon selection, parents must submit the first installment of the school fee within a week of time.

CBSE 2025-26 Admissions Details

  1. For Balvatika 1 to Class 1: Seats are available, and admissions are currently open.
  2. For Class 2 to Class 9: Admissions are subject to seat availability. Please contact us for more details.
The cut-off date for determining applicants' ages for the 2024-25 academic year is March 31, 2024. Please refer to the admissions office for age criteria for all classes.

General Instructions

  1. The school reserves the right to deny admission to any candidate for valid reasons.
  2. Admission will remain provisional until the school verifies the mark sheets and other relevant documents.
  3. Admission will be confirmed upon the submission of required documents, including a migration certificate, where applicable.
  4. All foreign or overseas students must provide a student visa or residential permit. Applications from those holding other types of visas will not be considered.
  5. An eligibility certificate from the CBSE is mandatory for all foreign students. Without this certificate, the admission application will not be processed.
